We shall also delete all aforementioned communication between you and the Freelancers upon withdrawal of Usership of any single Party to the communication.

5. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

• Payment confirmations will be received through an automatically generated email sent to the registered email address of your account within 24 hours.
• There will be no refunds towards cancellation of any transaction. The amount paid will be reflected in your account as a credit balance, which can be used to redeem services at any future date.
• There is no penalty or fees to the user towards cancellation of any transaction.
• Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
